The Creator and the Inverter

When Jesus went into the desert, the serpent that is Satan spoke scripture to him. Satan, supposedly an angel, knows the bible through and through. Satan however was not preaching the word of God but was attempting to usurp it, asserting an inverted perception of reality in order to deceive. Jesus responds with scripture but understanding and using it's true meaning.  Who or what 'Satan' is invites a whole manor of interpretations and speculation from 'Aliens' to 'pure ideologies'. On either front, the forces that are not easily perceived are either intrinsically influenced by or simply, our beliefs, manifest into action. In that someone who is acting to deceive the world around them, is in union with what our forefathers would have called "demonic beings". Demonic beings and demonic thoughts are well and truly the same if they manifest into demonic action. Two sides of the same coin that both carry the ultimate value. And like Satan twisting the m

The Mask of the Beast

'As God intended'. Who would think it would be dangerous to be 'as God intended'. It is incredible what level of abuse people want to endure by elitist experts in the wake of a psychological fear operation. It really does seem that the nice guy finishes last, and if we as a people where to learn something from this terrible world event, is that the worse you are the more reward there is to gain.  And perhaps the one trait, the greatest gift endowed to men, masculinity, the want and need to protect ones tribe and protect and cherish that which they love, has been shunned out of society so much so, that even the men would rather bend over and take it than fight for what is rightfully theirs. Have you bought and sold without the mask yet? God help us. Our Father Above, we pray that we find the courage to stand up to tyranny, that we may realize what we have and that our fragile freedom is one sleeping step away from being taken from us. Blessed be those who have woken up,

Companionship in the spiritual sense

In my life certain synchronicities have appeared that have guided me here and there. Recently an old friend of mine has returned from a break seeing family and friends, and both of us, although having little contact, have suddenly decided to give up carbohydrates in our diets.  Not only that, as I have in the last few months kicked myself of certain vices he is also doing the same, and yesterday we had a discussion about yet another area of life we have both been renovating in our selves, our understanding of love and sex. I do not personally condemn homosexuality in itself, although I do see hookup culture and subsequently alcohol and drug culture deeply rooted with homosexuality and hedonistic, un-responsible sex, perpetuated by Hollywood and the music industry at large.  However there is a difference between heterosexuality versus homosexuality and material lust and philosophical motivation. In the case of being straight or being gay, it is purely materialistic, focuses on physical

Karma

Recently I have thought a lot about karma. In the past I have used it as an excuse to do harm to others or at the very least expect or wish harm to be done. Growing up in a volatile household, controlling my anger has been a path in itself.   If it is in someone else's nature to do something, why should karma dictate it to be in mine? Lest I become the very thing I have set out to avoid. How can we "love thy neighbor" but still disapprove of others behavior. Hate the sin but love the sinner, as I am a protestant and wish not to prosecute others in the name of my faith (RC's), as I have my own tribulations to worry about. In any good use of the word, I need to worry about my own karma, not others. And after all is said and done karma has shown itself to be, to me, a revengeful and spiteful concept. People concerned with karma are usually more or less concerned with the material application and who or what has done what to who. Very rarely do people see the bad things t

The creator and the creation

I find it interesting how, although contrasting and poised in opposition, Christianity and science can agree on at least one thing, that the universe was somehow created. The idea of God being a man in the sky is a concept however, I for one have had difficulty in accepting. In pop culture we are led to believe that Christians think of God as being this nicely robbed, bearded man who diligently watches over his disciples from a cloud. I think it is important to dispel this notion in that this image is solely symbolic and incongruent to the meaning of God. It imparts the idea that Christians, and all religions for that matter, seemingly pass through life in a cartoonish haze of gullibility, putting their time and energy into a romanticized speck of their imagination.  When we walk, we tend to look in the direction we are going, when we are working we tend to look at what we are doing. In the same way, as long as I focused on the cartoon-like concepts of God, the further I went from act

Porn, perversions and sexual pestilence

It is my opinion that men are (generally) stronger than women, men tend to have more physical strength and are certainty less agreeable, in that it is harder to change a mans opinion, as I've heard many women complain about in the past. Men are definitely as destructive as they are creative, as most accomplishments and failures of mankind can be accounted to men, like James Brown famously sung, it's a mans world. But that being said, women possess a strength and ability that cannot be compared to anything. Men may have built monuments and societies, but women create life, in which without, monuments and societies could not exist. Women should therefore be protected, not preyed upon, by those who are stronger. We call the earth mother nature, perhaps our relationship with nature is a reflection of how we treat women? Porn is something that, in my experience at least, has somewhat been encouraged in modern society. At school I was taught that masturbation is natural and to a subt
